Motivative exercise - Internationalisation of Terms
-JSPS-PAN Selected Bilateral Seminar
The term' Motivative exercise' is a coined word that corresponds to patents in the United States and Australia.
Therefore, it did not exist as a word until our study.
The meaning of this term is twofold: first, it refers to one's motivation and willpower, and second, it refers to the verb 'to motivate' others to become enthusiastic.
These two meanings are expressed in a single word.
Clarifying the meaning of this term was one of the objectives of the previous JSPS-PAN bilateral Seminar, and this is clearly stated in the published report of the JSPS-PAN Selection Bilateral Seminar.
Therefore, this term will be used as an existing term within our community.
Although it is not currently adopted as a medical term, we anticipate that it will be utilised as our research progresses.
